My recent stay at the Mandarin Oriental in Tokyo was a mix of really good service and minor inconveniences. While the staff were incredibly attentive and welcoming, the room was smaller than I expected for the price, and the dining options felt a bit average for a luxury hotel. I thoroughly enjoyed the breakfast buffet and the stunning views of the city, which helped elevate my experience, but I question whether I'd choose this hotel again given the overall value.

I stayed in a cozy corner room which offered beautiful views of Tokyo, particularly of the Tokyo Skytree. Though the room was finely finished, the size wasn’t particularly generous compared to other luxury hotels.
