Reviews and Ratings
My recent stay at the Mandarin Oriental in Tokyo was a mix of really good service and minor inconveniences. While the staff were incredibly attentive and welcoming, the room was smaller than I expected for the price, and the dining options felt a bit average for a luxury hotel. I thoroughly enjoyed the breakfast buffet and the stunning views of the city, which helped elevate my experience, but I question whether I'd choose this hotel again given the overall value.
My recent stay at the Mandarin Oriental, Tokyo had its highlights, but several issues left me feeling disappointed. The location is fantastic, and my room provided amazing views of Mt. Fuji. However, I encountered challenges including noisy accommodations and difficulties securing dinner reservations. While the hotel has potential with its wonderful service, a few shortcomings impacted my overall experience.
My stay at the Mandarin Oriental, Tokyo was largely fantastic. The service was really good, with the staff going out of their way to ensure my comfort. However, I did experience some delays with breakfast service, which detracted a bit from the overall experience.
I had a fantastic four-day stay at the Mandarin Oriental, Tokyo. the room was spacious and clean, providing stunning views of the city. The staff were exceptionally friendly and accommodating, which made my experience even more enjoyable. However, I did find the breakfast service to be a bit slow, and having to wait until 7 a.m. was somewhat inconvenient for me. Despite some minor issues, the overall experience was excellent, and I can't wait to return.
I had a nice stay at Mandarin Oriental, Tokyo, with stunning views and perfect service. The rooms were spacious and beautifully decorated, though I did experience a few hiccups with the service tempo during breakfast. The hotel's location was superb, making it easy to explore the city, and the dining options were delicious with lots of variety. Overall, I would say it was a fantastic experience, but there’s room for improvement in the dining service.
